Solid, twisted, patinated copper bracelet with split twists and chain.
On vacation in the Highlands, my partner was wearing his seldom-worn, gorgeous cream Arran sweater on a cold Scottish morning when I noticed the lovely twisted knit of the design, so deep and rich in texture with wave-like forms sometimes splitting then coming together again. Such a clever design. Although it was cream, the colour made be think of copper. So over tea in a quaint village tearoom, I pulled out my pad and pen and designed this bracelet while my other half, ever the reader, studied a book on Scotland’s history.
