Order processing
As quickly as possible we start the careful packaging process of your chosen d’Elegance Designs’ art jewellery piece. After attaching a label to your piece, enclosing a silica pocket to prevent any corrosion, and putting it in a sealed plastic see-through envelope, we then carefully encase it in a specially pillowed box which we then package in bubble wrap into a box made with recycled materials. This wrapping and prepping your package takes about 1-2 business days. Then it is couriered to you by your selected shipper with tracking and signature required, so we both have peace of mind. All this to safeguard your precious art jewellery!

Delivery business days are estimates by the couriers and are not guaranteed.
There will be a small fee on top of the shipping amount shown for the Signature Required notice to couriers. Currently this is $2.
Canada Post notice
Please note that the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) may strike at any time and last a significant length of time. They promise that you would eventually receive your package. Use at your own risk. We track regularly.

Tracking
